Led the redesign of the user verification journey, simplifying onboarding for veterans and military families. Led the migration from a legacy search system to a modern cloud solution, negotiated and onboarded new benefits providers, and renegotiated vendor contracts to reduce annual operating costs without disrupting key operations.

Worked alongside founders and clients to build the business case for their products and shape the go-to-market motion. Led concept-to-development for multiple product launches across mobile and desktop applications. Coordinated with engineering teams to translate early ideas into shipping products across several industries, giving me direct experience moving from zero to one across very different product surfaces.

Onboarded twenty key accounts to the research participant marketplace through demos, email campaigns, and webinars, introducing Kanban workflows that aligned weekly growth experiments with company OKRs. Managed paid acquisition campaigns across Facebook, Google, and Reddit, achieving double-digit lifts in new signups at improved CPA efficiency. Led the end-to-end SOC 2 Type 2 compliance initiative to ensure enterprise-level data protection and trust.

Building Scalifyr.
Today I run Scalifyr, a fractional product and operations practice for founder-led service businesses navigating the AI transition. I work with two or three companies at a time, embedded as their fractional product and operations leader.

About Me
I came up through industrial engineering at the University of Central Florida, with Lean Six Sigma training that still informs how I think about workflows and systems. Over the past decade, I've grown from building products to leading how they're built, working with founders, executives, and product teams across very different industries.
The work I take on usually requires someone who can move between strategy and execution without handing off. Product, design, AI, engineering coordination. I bring all of it to the engagement.
I don't redesign processes to be faster. I redesign them to be different. AI handles the work that doesn't need a human, and the team handles the work that does.
Outside of work, I play guitar in a cover band called Pool Party, building a Bible check-in app called On God, and live in Orlando.
AI Integration
AI is the thread that runs through most of the work I do now. The opportunity isn't to bolt AI onto existing processes; it's to redesign processes around what AI can actually handle, and what humans are still uniquely good at.
I've built AI-powered pricing engines, natural language search systems, automated proposal generators, predictive analytics for inventory, and document processing systems for compliance work. Some of these were full-stack builds. Others were integrations into existing platforms. All of them shipped to production.
